Pay For Only The Area Cleaned: Unlike most companies, we only charge you for the carpet we clean. So if you have furniture in a room that you don’t want moved, we will measure around it. In a bedroom, a bed may take up quite a bit of space. Why should you pay to have that area cleaned when it isn’t going to be moved? Our pricing is 100% transparent and always includes vacuuming, pre-spotting, preconditioning, deep restorative cleaning and grooming.

But if you want the furniture moved, we will be glad to move it, clean the area and move it back into place.

Residential Carpet: We charge 40 cents per square foot for cleaning with a $119 minimum*.

Empty House Discount: We charge 30 cents per square foot for empty houses with a $119 minimum*.

Commercial Carpet / Apartment or Property Management: Call our office 937.781.9005 and we can discuss your needs, measure the areas and provide a written proposal for you.

Flood Restoration: Pricing is dependent on the classification of water and which services will be needed to complete the restoration. We can come inspect, evaluate and provide a written estimate for you.

Tile & Grout Cleaning: We charge $1.00 per square foot for cleaning with a $119 minimum*.

Specialty Items: We offer odor control, pet problem correction, and other services. We will have to inspect the area to evaluate the cost of this service for you.

Upholstery Cleaning: Sectional sofa is $35 per seat. Add $25 for center consoles, Three cushion sofa is $85. Two cushion love seat is $70. Recliner or large stuffed chair is $50. Other chairs such as dining room chairs, desk chairs, ottoman, etc. are so variable in size and shape that we need to see the piece in order to quote you a price.
